Agreement to these terms
Welcome to Flying Bird App. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website flyingbirdapp.in, including pages, guides, and browser games we make available from this site. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
